How do I receive my software after purchase?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email containing your download links and unique serial keys. You can also access these at any time by logging into your account on our website.
What is your return policy on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued or the software has been downloaded. We strongly recommend trying our trial versions or watching our video demonstrations before completing your purchase.
Are your plugins compatible with my DAW?
Our plugins are compatible with most major Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) including Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Cubase, Ableton Live, and Reaper. They are available in VST, AU, and AAX formats for both Windows and macOS.
How many computers can I activate my software on?
Standard licenses allow for up to three simultaneous activations on machines owned and operated by the license holder. If you need to migrate to a new computer, you can manage your activations through our license management tool.
Do I need an iLok dongle to use JST products?
Most of our current products do not require a physical iLok dongle. We use a flexible machine-based activation system or iLok Cloud, though a physical dongle can still be used if you prefer to store your licenses that way.
