  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Hardware

  Ensure all electronics are placed in their original packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the box.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware and verify the license deactivation, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
